The child of two teachers, our summers were always filled with road trips and adventures, so the travel bug bit me young! My career path in hospitality has given me the opportunity to explore resort areas around the world, and live in close proximity to the wilderness regions. My travel preferences tend to skew towards adventures where it's just me, my partner Laisa, and our truck camper - with life so connected and fast-paced, being in the wilderness is a way to be present in each moment. On this page I'll recap some of my favorite past adventures in Michigan, California, Iceland, Utah, and more, and I'll also share fun overnight or weekend trips (or even an epic day trip).
